Awesome as usual. Miss the old employees they were much friendlier. Grew up in Newport so I've been coming here 40 + years. Bathroom seriously needs updated, the size is more noticeable the fatter I get. Love the jukebox. Dixie is a must when visiting Newport as I live further away now.

I've been to this location three times, and each time has been a tremendous joy. The food is excellent, well priced, and the staff has been incredibly nice and helpful. The owner has personally come to the table and has asked about the quality. The food is more than just chili, they have excellent gyros and a wonderful thing called an alligator (similar to a Chicago style hot dog) served with optional onions, chili, or tzatziki sauce. (All versions are excellent) Also, the waffle fries are always fresh and crunchy, you can tell they have very clean oil. The atmosphere is very retro, and the music is always great. Please do yourself the favor of going to this place. They are worth your time.

I love this place! The chili will burn you it's so hot when they serve it here. It's different than skyline but still very good. Friendly staff and always clean.

I love their food BUT I recently witnessed the employees cooking the weiners on aluminum foil so they wouldn't have to clean the grill. I quit using any aluminum cookware because of health safety. It was late (almost closing time) the first time I saw it and hoped it was a fluke. Tonight they were cooking on foil again and they're open for 3 more hours. I've been eating there for over 50 years and am dismayed that I can't get their coneys anymore.

Best chili in town! Grew up on it in the 70's and 80's and will love it until the day I die!!
